Most things on that page apply here. For instance your ip address will be shown if you edit without logging in, and could be used to trace where you live with some degree of accuracy, e.g. to your city, and isp. If you wish to be anonymous, for some reason, it is better to log in under a pseudonym.

When you are logged in,your ip address will still be logged in the server logs as is normal for any web site - but would only be accessed in rare situations where the log needs to be inspected for technical reasons to debug the wiki. It would also show up in aggregate statistics for the web sites, e.g. in the distribution of geographical locations of users of the web site (perhaps displayed on a world map).
