V6G 1A6, Canada; (604) 682.-3456) and Virtual DSP Corp, 4119 125th St. SE. Everett, WA 98208; (206) 338- 0985. They are committed to JI and have written software which automatically generates just harmonies over roots controllable by the player. Their literature quotes Scot Wilkinson, Harry Parch (sic), Lou Harrison., Ben Johnson (sic), even me, among others. The sheet "A Brief History of Tone," alas, is full of errors, but in general, they seem to hahone their homework. Does anybody know anything about these companies and their products? --John Received: from eartha.mills.edu [144.91.3.20] by vbv40.ezh.nl with SMTP-OpenVMS via TCP/IP; Wed, 7 Feb 1996 22:28 +0100 Received: from by eartha.mills.edu via SMTP (940816.SGI.8.6.9/930416.SGI) for id NAA23996; Wed, 7 Feb 1996 13:27:50 -0800 Date: Wed, 7 Feb 1996 13:27:50 -0800 Message-Id: <960207212338_71670.2576_HHB108-5@CompuServe.COM> Errors-To: madole@ella.mills.edu Reply-To: tuning@eartha.mills.edu Originator: tuning@eartha.mills.edu Sender: tuning@eartha.mills.edu
