It's interesting to note that the first ETs to be level 2 consistent at the 5- and 7- limits (12 and 31) are actually level 3 consistent at those limits as well. I took a quick pass through the file and found that the first ET to be level 3 consistent at the 9-limit is 171 (which is actually level _8_ consistent! holy cow), and at the 11-limit, 342.
