The following table is one I use to tune my midi file. One piece I did was the Paganini Caprice #1, you can find it via ftp kahless.isca.uiowa.edu in /pub/algo-comp/LinusLiu. I don't know if the midi equipment I have can resolve in what I command it, though. I still have tons of problems with my midi setup. But I do not have the problem about slides because of delayed pitchWheel messages. They either skip altogether.
