Rasch's anthology of works by Adrian Fokker. The Euler notation describes the maximum distance on a lattice. For example, 3^2 for Euler would contain _three_ tones: 1, 3, 3^2 ; 3*5 would contain 1,3,5,3*5 etc. If 2 is the largest exponent, second-degree would make sense as a label; As to the CPS, I would call m, ''number of factors'', and n ''set of available factors''.
