Title: Save as a set of MID files, one for each layer
Post by: unholycrab on February 17, 2013, 11:33:50 PM
Having the option to save as a set of MIDI files, one for each layer, would be very handy.

I use applications that will simply flatten all the layers in the MID file that Tune Smithy saves.

Right now I am saving individual MID files manually by muting the other layers.

Thanks, as it happens, that's easy to do, it's much easier than adding a Midi format 1 midi save.

I have just put it into Bounce for this next upload which I'm doing today.

It will be an easy matter of maybe an hour or so of work to add it to FTS - at least once I am back to working on FTS, it's harder to do as a one off thing. I hope to spend a day or two on FTS 3 this week or early next week catching up on the more immediate "to do"s appropriate for FTS 3, and will add it then.
