Having the option to save as a set of MIDI files, one for each layer, would be very handy.

I use applications that will simply flatten all the layers in the MID file that Tune Smithy saves.

Right now I am saving individual MID files manually by muting the other layers.

Thanks, as it happens, that's easy to do, it's much easier than adding a Midi format 1 midi save.

I have just put it into Bounce for this next upload which I'm doing today.

Bounce Metronome Wish List - Export Midi in Format 1


It will be an easy matter of maybe an hour or so of work to add it to FTS - at least once I am back to working on FTS, it's harder to do as a one off thing. I hope to spend a day or two on FTS 3 this week or early next week catching up on the more immediate "to do"s appropriate for FTS 3, and will add it then.
