Is there anything you'd particularly like to see in the future? Is there any feature that you'd like to see developed?

Here is a place to sound out your ideas.

Thanks,

Robert

Not sure if this is asking too much (actually it probably is :-) but how about adding a multitrack recorder or digital audio workstation?? That would probably be best accomplished by writing another separate program.

I have Sonar but it would be nice to have a streamed down version that has all the necessary tools to create a good sounding audio file without the heavy learning curve associated with the top sequencers and multitrack recorders.

Just a thought.

Thanks

Hi Wally,

Yes, nice idea, and is related to the things I program.

I wonder if there are other programs that already do what you want, and that work well? Do any other readers of this forum have ideas I wonder?

I find Goldwave fine for most of the things I need to do, but it depends on what one wants to do, and there are lots of programs out there on similar or related topics, I know.

Although it is the sort of thing I could do, probably its better to devote my time to the things that I'm working on that are more or less unique. The sort of thing I have some particular edge or slant that makes it special, or idea to work on (e.g. the bounces and complex rhythms for bounce metronome pro or the microtonal features in FTS).

Also, it is hard to compete with something that existing programs already do well.

Anyway nice to hear from you again. and maybe other readers of this post may have ideas that could help?

Thanks,

Robert
