Thank you for trying, but I've checked and I'm afraid it's neither of these. I can't think what's wrong. Is the _name_ of the directory significant? Do I need a PATH statement in my AUTOEXEC.BAT? Is SCALA incompatible with DOSKEY or some device-driver? Sorry to be a pest.
