I have lots of video resources on my website which show rhythms visually. All types of rhythm from 4/4 and 6/8 to complex polyrhythms and drum rudiments:

These videos all have sound as well, but indicate the time so precisely, like a conductor's baton, that you don't need the sound to follow the rhythm.

They should be ideal for deaf musicians who want to learn about rhythms or improve their timing and rhythm - Deaf Musician's Metronome

4/4 with 2 subdivsions - see(Simple Time (Video Resources))

6/8 - see Compound Time (Video Resources)

Swung Notes this example is 3:2 swing in 4/4

How Steady is Your Tempo? - Test With Go Silent Briefly

- as well as going silent, the bouncing visuals are also hidden. So you need to see if  you can keep going through the silence / hidden section and still be in time when the bouncing visuals return again.

Polyrhythm 4:3 - see Polyrhythms (Cross Rhythms) and Polyrhythm Challenges - Video Resources

Paradiddle - see Drum Rudiments - Video Resources

Sprites - see Sprites & Special Characters - with Unicode Support

As you can see, they can all be used by musicians who are profoundly deaf or indeed have no hearing at all.
