Yes and no. Well at least can do a fly by, round the back of the Moon, and return to Earth, like Apollo 8

That's far far easier than landing on the Moon. Not with a single launch, but with two launches, can do it.

Space Adventures have a plan to send a couple of tourists to do this using the Soyuz TMA + an extra unmanned soyuz which they'd use as the rocket to boost it around the Moon.

They sold one out of two seats. Don't know if it is going to happen or not. But - doesn't seem that way out a plan.
