Yes you can watch part of it here, though really poor quality, visually especially and a fair bit of noise.
It is a video recording of a screening of the video rather than the original.
It's part of a talk given by Carl Sagan's widow.
You can watch the whole talk - where she also talks about their encounter, here with some interesting anecdotes about it:
