Yes, you would see it easily.  It would be so bright you could see colours too. And there's enough light from the sun to be able to read a book by the light of the sun, easily, anyone could do it (not just those with "moon vision").

If you go outside on Earth just after the sun dips below the horizon at sunset - that's the same level of light you get on Pluto at midday. For more about this: Pluto Time
