The Delta Clipper was rather neat looking. Pre-dates Space X by two decades, could have taken humans to orbit eventually - but the project was cancelled. It would have been a single stage to orbit vehicle, and able to land on its tail.

Dream Chaser though I think is one of the best looking.
Work in progress, doing test flights at present. Hope eventually to supply to the ISS.

A very similar shape is the cancelled Crew Return Vehicle - which would have been a kind of lifeboat attached to the ISS (with the new ISS, they are required to keep a Soyuz TMA attached to it at all times as the lifeboat).
