It's spelt "forty" not "fourty", apart from that yes.
100 = one hundred
199 = one hundred and ninety nine
200 = two hundred
299 = two hundred and ninety nine.
1,234,567,892 = one billion, two hundred and thirty four million, five hundred and sixty seven thousand, eight hundred and ninety two
Learn numbers up to twenty, then it's twenty one - nine, thirty one - nine, similarly for forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety.
Then it's one hundred and (British for number less than 100)
two hundred and...
all the way up to
nine hundred and ...
Then after that you just repeat it but followed by thousand, million, billion, trillion, quadrillion etc so e.g. one hundred quadrillion, etc.
Not that hard except for the eccentricity of the numbers eleven to nineteen.
