Yes, just happened to me too. Was about a post that I thought didn't follow the quora guidelines on copying content from elsewhere outside quora (entire post consisted of paragraphs copied verbatim from the Guardian and I thought not done in a way that accorded with quora policies).
The other chap kept deleting my comments, after he read them and replied, and then he blocked me. All my comments respectful. I reported the post, saying I thought it was a possible minor infringement of their guidelines on formatting and attribution of verbatim material. So it's over to the admins now. I have no way to communicate with him any more.
Not taking it personally, maybe he is just having a bad day.
